This is a consignment, private party sale and therefore no sales tax in the state of Arizona (Please check your local tax codes/regulations) original owner from the state of Arizona, owner is done with any and all recreational vehicles and just wants to sell, doesn't want to spend any more money and selling AS-IS, will listen to any serious offers and also has a superslide 5th wheel hitch for sale, separately or include in any deal, if still available, I will make notes of what I see and know. total length 30'-5" ... Notes: Professional detail would make exterior look unbelievable but for sitting outside exterior in good condition, original battery, original tires (tires are not cracked or weathered, just old) plastic fender skirts cracked, outside trim that covers the factory screws gone, original propane tanks replaced with aftermarket tanks, entry screen door latch needs replacement or new screen door, I didn't want to break blinds but had a hard time getting to roll up, 1 window valance needs screwed in, wallpaper wrinkling (very common problem with Palomino units during this time, bad material and cheap glue, factory changed sub-contractors in 2024 and I do not see this problem anymore in newer units) dinette table leg base needs to be reinstalled, strove fan didn't work, owner tried to fix a water leak in shower, all 12-volt system works (lights, jacks, awning, outlets, slide-out) refrigerator/freezer is cold and roof a/c is cold, I did not try propane system and I did not try water system
